Hey, just a couple of comments on my CVS trip today:
1. For the Nivea body wash deal, watch the register to make sure it rings up correctly. I didn’t realize until my sale was complete and there was no $5 ECB on the receipt. Turns out it had rung up $6.99 and no ECB. She had to return it and re-do it with a manual price adjustment and manual ECB, which was tricky since after coupons I had spent less than $6.99 on my purchase and it gave her trouble doing the return.
2. Also on the body wash, in my CVS there were some with a free travel size shrink-wrapped on. This was the same price as those without it so it’s an extra freebie.
3. I don’t know about anyone else but CVS had emailed me a coupon for a free CVS-brand chapstick or small lotion. I used it on the chapstick and it ended up being a 20-cent money maker because it rang up $1.29 but the coupon still took off $1.49.
