Do you know how to get the free shipping? The item says FREE standard shipping eligible however when I go to check out it is telling me $5.49 for shipping. Thank you for your help
I just called and the customer service agent told me that the order has to total $50 for free shipping (which I did not do and don’t want to do). Not only that frustration, but I had entered my ECB’s to pay for part of it last night…..before I left the order due to the shipping charge and decided to try again today. Today, it tells me these particular ECB’s are no longer valid.
I’m on phone now trying to get it resolved.
I’m sorry you guys had to go through the frustration. I wish they had been more clear. They made it seem like it was free shipping. I didn’t see anything with strings attached. Thanks for letting us know about this. Lisa.
