Is anyone else having trouble with the facebook page? I have been trying to get on it since midnight & it still won’t work. I can’t enter the daily poll or design my kitchen for my points. What a bummer!!!!!
I think it’s changing. I only got 10 points for the daily poll today. Probably people earning gift cards to fast. I’ve already earned three!
I definitely think it’s changing. One day this week I got 10 pts, one day 25, today 0.
Make sure you use your points quickly. I had 235 points and all of them “expired” (reason: Annual Point Expiration). How can I have an annual point expiration when I just signed up this year?
Many people have called them about this and they gave them the points back. Hope that helps
I emailed them 2 days ago about my missing 110 points and they immediately credited me with 250 points for my trouble. If your points havent been restored yet, please email them, they were very nice about it. Any points that they deducted on Feb 6 were an error and should be restored.
