JCPenney is offering Free haircuts again for kids in grades Kindergarten – 6th grade. You can take your kids in for a FREE haircut on Sundays starting Sunday (11/4). This is a permanent offer now.

Just call your local JCPenney to make a hair appointment for your children.!

After an overwhelming response to the chain’s free haircut program offer for children in August – 1.6 million haircuts, to be exact – Penney will be making it a permanent offer every Sunday, starting Nov. 4.
