I need help with Walgreens big time! I went yesterday, and the clerk and the manager couldn’t even explain why the register wouldn’t accept coupons! Also, I didn’t recieve the jingle cash of $10.00 because I used coupons! Soooooo confused! I thought I was stacking, but he explained that manufacturer coupons and jingle cash was the same! WHAT!?!!? Help!

I agree with Jessica as an employee of Walgreen’s we will get in trouble for excepting register rewards/coupons that are expired.

i am not sure where your from but as an employee at wags we do not except rr that are expired or past the date stamped on them.

Ali – great question! Using your RR is very simple. You just hand them over just like cash during your transaction. With Walgreens, it is important to hand over any manufacturer coupon first, then store coupons to avoid them beeping. Hope this helps.

I’m new to couponing so I’m just wondering how you actually go about using the RR’s you have, and how do they track what you have earned if there isn’t a card required?

Not sure if this is true of all Walgreens stores, but a cashier (in Columbus, OH) told me last week that RRs never really expire. Rather, it is a date they LIKE for you to use it by. I recently used a RR that expired a week ago without any problems.
