I just went to use the code and it only gave me $10.00 off not the $20.00. It also charged me $6.95 shipping so it would have cost $16.95 out of pocket. That is to much for this cheap gal:)

Just tried the The Mrs. Fields link and when you checkout it only gives you $10.00 credit not $20.00 just thought I would pass this on. Also they have changed shipping it starts at$8.95.

I just got this and it’s only giving $10 off on the site when you go to checkout and enter the code plus shipping is not showing as $5, it’s $6.95.
Would not accept my ZIP code when registering.
O.K. I just spent 1/2 my morning working this deal and when I checked out I was only given a $10.00 discount, not a $20.00 discount….something is not right?? Of course I am not gonna complain too much as I am not outta pocket anything, but do not waste all of your time trying to get this deal…it doesn’t work.

Just FYI I just called the company, if you try to use the code online it only takes off $10, some miscommunication with the site. So you have to phone your order in. Also you can only use one promo code so my shipping was $6.94[for reindeer cookie tote]….but really that’s a small price for having a christmas gift sent to someone via the mail!
I didnt get the deal but everyone is complaining on the site that at mrs. fields,com they are only getting a $10 credit and that shipping is costing $23

When you enter the voucher code on mrsfields.com it only deducts $10.00 from the total amount of the order. I tried to see if it was because the item was only $19.99 but it also didn’t work when I tried checking out with an item priced at $22.99. The site isn’t the most user friendly. I’ll wait a little bit longer to see if the problem gets resolved.
I have emailed them and am waiting for a response. I will let you know what I find out…
