I took that long survey, and didn’t even see a message about a free movie ticket (or missing out on one). Too bad I wasted my time.

That is odd. Maybe it was just unique to me. I was asked to put my email address in and it said my ticket would be emailed in 24 hoours. I would send them an email and complain. Maybe get a ticket out of it. Sorry about that.
