Thanks, Totally Target and Krazy Coupon Lady!

I was at my Target today and I tried to get the Glade Expressions Starter Kit deal and the woman checking me out told me that I couldn’t use the $1 off coupon because it would make me $.01 over the price and that they could no longer change the value of coupons. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know if this was actually a policy change?
